So here is his pov:

Watch closely as you can see how he did not actually have to pull over he decided to, so him calling for backup is not pg. In order to pull someone over you need a total of 4 people (2 people in 2 separate vehicles). Fear RP because he didnt comply with demands but you guys all should get 6.15 for not issuing any demands before shooting him.

Also if you are going to demand someone to take someone else out of a vehicle you should probably say something like "take him out of the vehicle OR ELSE we will kill you" You are supposed to say what you will do if he does not comply with your demands otherwise it should be seen as non-rp demands

Upon reviewing evidence provided by ID 161, I have decided to Accept this report.

ID 12699 will receive punishment for FearRP, UB (Dropping local while having guns pointed)
but will not receive punishment for PG since there was only 1 guy in other car during pulling over
(About robbing in city, they didn't rob in city. They gave demands while pointing guns.
They had valid RP reason since they witnessed their friend getting arrested.
Giving demands while poining gun is allowed and you have fear for life)

However,
ID 39 will also receive punishment for Mixing.
