Hma Ponch grew up in the tough streets of Sicily, Hma father was an criminal he and his family was like a gang, Hma wasent going to school his mom was theching him everything she know. Hma when he grow up he started to know how crim life is and he started robbing cars, He lerand how to use the keyset and he was an profisinoal theif.
Once in the city
The second Hma landed in the city he met a corrupt NG agent named Jony Agp, upon meeting Jony, Hma found that Jony had different methods of getting things done. After a while of knowing Jony he was introduced to Stephanie Fettuccine who helped him with hisr marksman's skills along with Jony and his gang Gangster disciples . Once Hma felt he was ready he informed Stephanie about joining the NG as he wanted to be a detective, a little while after that Jony followed with Hma into the NG.
Upon joining NG
After joining the NG with Jony Agp both him and Jony became NG detectives, Hma coming in as a detective and Jony coming in as a Lead Detective, they worked very well together. After 1 month of working as a detective alongside him higher up Jony he came into work to hear some of the worst news in his life, Jony Dundee was pronounced dead. He was in mourning for a very long time and investigated the case, upon inspecting the coroner's report he found that Jony had a bullethole in the back of his head, he will continue to search for the killers alongside Stephanie Fettuccine. Hma talked to numerous gang members and integrated them. He used the methods Jony taught him to get the information needed on the killers, he used hammers to break kneecaps, taking their weapons, breaking fingers, waterboarding, etc.
Once the gang leaders found out about the interrogations they got very mad and sent men after Hma, Hma used his marksman's skills to fight off the suspects using his previous training from Stephanie and Jony, he was able to take out 2 men at once in any situation. Hma now today is still working to find Jony’s killers and getting help from his cousin Davante McLovin.
Outcomes
1. Hma is a sharpshooter and can take on a 1v2 situation due to his previous training from Jony Dundee and Stephanie Fettuccine.
2. Hma will not be able to stall in situations that threaten his life due to his childhood of violence
3. Hma can record any situation at any time with his fake eye.
4. Hma can use corrupt techniques in interrogations to get information needed.
5. Hma can free family from the prison.
6. Hma can use NG equipment off duty.
7. Hma can take rob people.
8. Hma pays his informamts
9. Hma can use the truth serum to get informations from criminals
10. Hma can kill others on/and off duty in and out of ghetto (outside of ghetto if they dont follow demands only)
Anything can be changed if needed and has been checked over by NG High Command. Hma is aiming to be more on the corrupt side and a dirty cop that is good at his job along with a very good shooter. Sorry for the bad grammar
