I like how in this pov you can hear the entire time them bringing ooc situation to IC. We all know what 1748's voice sounds like but for the forum report we will provide PROOF beyond a reasonable doubt that this is the current leader of EMS you're listening to in this video.
The entire conversation happened over Discord and you can hear the moment the discord call was joined in this video. Throughout you can hear 1748's voice. Its the same voice in this forum report: Rejected - General Rule 6.4 | ID:1748
if you watch the pov there you will see the same voice is coming from the person who has the purple Eclipse profile picture in that call. If you look in the grand rp discord he has the exact same picture and name and is currently the leader of EMS.

you can see from this that they both the same person. They were clearly both bringing a IC situation to OOC and 1748 disrespecting admins can be heard in the pov as well.

First of all, regarding the General Rule 6.10 that rule is valid ONLY if its done on the Grand Rp discord server. If a group of friends have a private conversation about something which happened IC in a private server, there's no rule break involved in this situation.
Second point regarding the admin insult, this incident happened outside server between a group of friends, same argument to as above. If it was done on the Grand Rp discord server or in-game we had the right to take action.
