I was on my way to the beach market and i almost crashed into the Lamborghini, so i sopped and waited for him to move, he proceeded to step out of the car and then gun me down without any demands. Ghetto Rule 1.12 States If a person complies with given demands its not allowed to kill them | Jail 120 min. He did not make any demands as i would have complied instead he just killed me. Is this allowed ?

Furious Bolo, just why? Did you make any demands? I don't know why people need to resort to violence when talking could solve so many issues. I'm not angry I'm disappointed.
