Upon reviewing the evidence i have came to an conclusion that
ID 205234 will be punished for RDM + MK.
and
ID 165618 will be punished for GR 3.1and FL in RP.
(why 3.1 not 3.2? because it says parent must not be included, and he said "Behenchod" which comes under ooc insult )​
