SignUp Now!that depends on LSPD/SAHP/FIB response I hope if NG can arrest...Just because there is a 25 minute arrest time doesnt mean you wait 25 minutes to process them
Seems like IC to me...starts at 04:11 (video time)
uncuffing criminal before 25min ends.
here this for your reference...starts at 04:11 (video time)
uncuffing criminal before 25min ends.
the ROS 1.14 have to be changed according to fit with "Code_of_Civil_and_Procedural_Law (4)" because there's a Difference between arresting someone and detainee him, in detainee time we investigate so it should not be counted in the ROS 1.14.State Rule: 1.14 You have 25 minutes to put a person in jail starting from the moment of cuffing them. (If will be afforded presence of lawyer this time can be increased) | Demorgan 120 min
So your saying me to be demorgan for 2hours just for your "so called detainee". Have you done a arrest before? The person can easily stall or even the arrest could be delayed due to the bugs that happen while dragging them into the DOC. And here im not gonna take any risk.
And when I called for a admin, Chris Jackson responded IC Issue.
Plus the video is already 2 days old...
The administrator has the right to refuse to consider the complaint if:
- The complaint is not in the form of a complaint;
- Evidence is cropped or edited (must be 1 minute+(exceptions might be, when you can understand the whole situation for less than 1 min));
- Evidence uploaded to other sources;
- 2 days passed after a violation;
- The complaint contains insults, impertinence or inadequacy;
- The complaint is filed by a person who is not related to the situation. (POV must be personally made by person who is involved in situation);
Like you said NG can't arrest, so you don't understand how long it takes to arrest him.the ROS 1.14 have to be changed according to fit with "Code_of_Civil_and_Procedural_Law (4)" because there's a Difference between arresting someone and detainee him, in detainee time we investigate so it should not be counted in the ROS 1.14.
check 4.4.5
anyway, the 5min enough to process...
about the 25 min as u can see in the video i uncuffed him in the DOC to investigate then i cuffed him again that's mean the 25 min counted again!Like you said NG can't arrest, so you don't understand how long it takes to arrest him.
When trying to walk into DOC, the person can get stuck on those doors. So it's gonna take atleast a minute or 2 to get them in plus there are 2 more gates to pass through.. already 3 minutes will pass there..
And then we have to bring up out PDF and find the exact punishment to give to that person since doing that wrong would also cause more trouble..
Mate before you become all out forum worrier understand the situation..
If that's how it worked... They won't have to keep this rule...about the 25 min as u can see in the video i uncuffed him in the DOC to investigate then i cuffed him again that's mean the 25 min counted again!
This the point, they have to expand the knowledge about this rule..If that's how it worked... They won't have to keep this rule...
It's too late for me please extend the time by (at least 14 hours)!Upon reviewing the evidence i cannot conclude this report at the moment
Provide POV of the whole situation (include the part when you cuffed him)
You have 6 hours to provide the POV
Any Off-Topic comments will lead to forum ban
