From what I could tell ID 161832 was going around randomly provoking people by punching them until dead
He then came up to me while I was standing on my phone and started the same with me
If players like this go unpunished they will never familiarise themselves with server rules and will continue to take advantage of their freedoms in the city and continue with rule breaking
