After Reviewing the POV by thread Owner and ID 55169 i have Come to following Conclusion.
As He Gave Demands GR6.15 is not applicable.
But
ID 55169 will Be punished For UB demands
As He Started Shooting at '2' and didnt wait 5 seconds​
