Well i was in city doing my stuff when i got car rammed by these 2 players (32526, 69086) then i stopped my car to see what would happen next, and what happened next is that the id 32526 pulls up his gun and start shooting at me for no reason and then in the end the player 69086 finishes me.

Im sry Aki_sixninez but i cannot fix the audio i figured it out lately (screen recorder wasnt capturing my mic 
) however as you can see at 37s of the clip i didnt said anything and the player 32526 started shooting at me (for no reason) and in the part of the clip that you can't hear my voice is when i tell them that if they shoot in the city they can get demorgan.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report
- ID 32526 will receive a punishment for RDM
- as u didn't speak anything till 00:48 (when inside car) and ID 32526 shot at u without any reason at 00:39 after that u spoke something and ID 69086 shot at u so he will not be punished.
