Man on the side of road sleeping in his car, we pulled in to fine him for 6.2 I for parking on the highway. When I tried to fine him he already had more than 50k in fines so I placed him on the wanted list for 2.23 Failure to Pay a Fine. We asked him numerous amount of times to step out of the vehicle once we saw the man was waking up. He failed to comply so we drew our guns and demanded him to step out of the vehicle. Instead, he decides to run when we had two guns pointed at him in point blank range which is FearRP.
