Rejected Zema Vis | VDM in city

As seen in this video, I went to talk to the guy. I didn't have a gun when I went to talk to the man and he shot me for no reason. I had never even fired at any of them. And just because of this, your admin Zema Vis punished me for 3 hours. I spent 3 hours in jail for nothing. I am complaining about this situation and your admin. I want my warning to be deleted and the admin to be warned.

Very wrong thought. I'm going there for the rp to talk to them. I even talked to them before and they talked to me. I asked them what are you doing here, why do you have a gun in your hand? They said you are right, I am calling the police.In other words, unfair punishment. Giving a 3 hour sentence is an injustice to me.It just means forcing me not to play the game. I don't have a pov. And you give me a warning and a punishment. That's too much. You also admit that you made a mistake. It's just a huge injustice to me

I’m not going to sit here and argue back and forth. We have different opinions and ultimately a higher up will determine the outcome of the situation.

1. If your POV is requested you should post it so that we can also see your side, otherwise you cannot complain if a ruling does not go your way. You were given the entirety of my shift at work to post your POV. You failed to do so.

2. RP was started when your family/friends began shooting at them. You are part of that family/friend group and in that situation you were perceived as a threat. There was a gun in his hand pointed at you. Instead of walking toward him you should have feared for your life. You failed to do so.

3. I admit that I used the incorrect terms when I punished you. I did make that mistake. I punished you for RDM instead of failRP, however, as I have stated multiple times, this punishment is the exact same. Therefore regardless has I punished for RDM or failRP you still would’ve been in jail for 3 hours.

In conclusion, if someone has a gun at you do not walk toward them. Fear for your life. If POV is requested please provide it. If you do not have it then I will conclude my report with the evidence presented to me at that time.

Let me explain the situation one last time. We are installing solar panels in the garden of our family house and we have a few minutes left to get them. And 2 strangers come to the garden of our house, we explain the situation to them and I warn them repeatedly (in English) to go. But by ignoring our warnings, they continue to threaten us by insulting us in their own language (Russian) and that's why we have to shoot at them... You can shoot after warning someone in the city who has drawn a gun and is wearing armor, right?? And if he keeps insulting you... What's wrong with talking to my friends on discord while playing the game? In addition, the necessary role play elements in the game are made from the game radio...

In the POV from both sides they were not trying to steal solar panels, unless one of your POVs shows something different. They were in the area I will agree with, but they were not trying to steal them during either of those POVs.

I'm quite aware that stealing solar panels is an RP situation.
