So I was just chilling and doing some sprays when I went back to an area where I killed 3 people prior. I saw that 1 of the people was reviving so I shot him and killed him. After the person he was reviving got up I hit him for 53, 32, 32, and one more 32. He still didn't die even tho this is far more than 100 damage. And on top of that if you look at 00:47 - 00:48 you can see he gets hit another time by his friend so it's possible he got hit another 32 or 53 and still did not die. I don't know If it's cheating but it seems weird, I would get it if it was desync far away but this was so close up it just doesn't make sense.
