So ID 71406 repeatedly drove into the gas station thus killing a lot of people. I only got a clip of the one time he did it, but you can check the kill logs if possible to see how many people he killed around that time. You can also see a person dead there before I reached the gas station which proves that he did it a few moments before I pulled up to the gas station. He was doing it intentionally as I saw him do it multiple times.
