Hi, I got banned while I was robbing someone for typing "dumbass" in OOC INGAME Text chat (not even voice), I realize that it's accidental OOC insults but I literally don't have a mic.
The only way I can communicate in-game AND on discord at the moment is by typing.
I wrote in the wrong chat (NON-RP instead of RP) and got temp-banned.
This is literally my first ever offense, I have never been reported on the forums as I'm a very respectful player and follow rules, the first time I made the mistake of not switching chat type while robbing someone (i was focusing on the guy from Ballas that was not complying with the demands of everyone around him, not my chatbox) from NON-RP to RP I straight up got banned for something I didn't even intend on doing.
Also, I haven't even been on the server for that long, I'm literally a 60k ID.

I really enjoy playing this server and contributing with donations to keeping it running, I consider it the best GTA RP server out there by far and hope to get unbanned since it was over a chat-box type mistake, not even voice or intended to be offensive in OOC.

Kevin Pluxury my guy here as no mic at all maybe it was a mistake in the chat by talking shit about parents is a no no from him he will not do the shit like honestly we would be happy to see a POV from your side also like what is the exactly problem

I was in the situation, As a very long friend of Antonio since we started playing the server together and what I know about him for the many years I've known him before we start playing this game that he's a respectful player, the incident that happened was a mistaken switch between the RP and the Non RP chat as we were in an RP situation and the guy was refusing to comply to the demands given to him, so there is no point at all of giving OOC insults in an RP situation.

Thanks for the testimonials above much appreciated, but, I would like to specify one thing, the reason for the temporary ban was for the "dumbass" insult in NON-RP instead of RP in-game text chatbox, I NEVER said anything about other people parents or insult to anyone's parent neither Ingame text nor voice chat, that is not the issue at all.
Just want to make that clear cause the message above could be misunderstood as the only thing I wrote was basically "dumbass".

Hello.

You were banned for General Rules 3.1 by your own admission, calling another player a "Dumbass" in the OOC Chat. I don't think this was a mistake as you were typing several other messages in OOC Chat as well.

I think a 3 day ban is lenient for this offense as you have directly insulted another player in OOC Chat. It will be up to a Main Administrator to decide if they think this punishment is too harsh.
