Rejected Stealing Car in A green Zone

So I drove my maclaren P1 to the casino and then I stayed there for some tike afk in sleep mode. Suddently when I get out of the casino the car is gone and iv'e checked in my garage the car doesn't appear to me someone stole it! I just have the pov of me getting out of the casino and the LOGS the time I got out of the garage with the car you can see it was at 17:38 so u can check the logs between 17:38 to 19:00. When i got him out of the garage I drove straight to the casino. If you can recover my car and punish the guy that did this i would be very thankfil.
