Hello Admins,

I opened this thread not to complain about any admin personaly but to prove my innocence. I believe that the reason i was banned for its because you guys think i said the F word regarding the persons sexuality, but the word i was saying is (Fucked). I was saying to him "you are fucked".
English its not my native language as you can see in the video. Not to mention that we dont even say those words where im from, and sometimes i misspell some words, as you can see in the related thread.
Regarding the guy i was reporting because he use the word "Deaf", and i thought that was the same as the R word, because it have that meaning in my country.
If this is not the reason i was banned for i would love to know the actual reason behind it.

At 1:48 in the POV of the forum, it’s clearly said by you.
“You’re a fucket” multiple times.
With your accent it’s obvious to assume the intentions of the F slang, but if you meant “fucked” why would you speak in the manner of direction towards him. You clearly said “you are-”.
I leave it to the higher administration. It’s only a 3 day ban, understandable if lessened.

Hi, tks for the quick aswer.

It would be strange to put a video with more than a minute (after the guy said "Deaf") with me saying that word. i could possible edit a video to cut this part if i was offending him. i was calm at the whole situation, and i only said "You are fucked" in the end because i I already had the intention to report the situation.
Although i never said "You are a F..." i said "You are..." and if you know Portuguese people, you will know that we dont insult nobody with that word, unless you are a really baddly intented guy with more than the knowledge i have in english and for your information too i was hellped to write this threads.
