To whom it may concern:

I am filing this complaint about William Miller. I typically do not have any problems when playing on the server but today I did. While me and my friend were messing around heading over to go hunting he was hovering over us for literally no reason whatsoever. My friend Jake BourhiIl (ID#62333) accidentally fell out of the car. So I ran into him as a joke twice, throughout this entire situation we were both laughing. And out of nowhere I get sent to jail for 3 whole hours. I tried to explain what was happening and asked them to ask Jake for his side of the story and they said they didn't care. Listen I know VDM is a rule break, but I did not kill anyone. I only hit him twice, not even reducing him to half health. I just think its completely unfair that me a law abiding citizen gets punished. When there are literally people out in the city, shooting and ramming into people on purpose. Like there was no reason whatsoever for the admin to be hovering over us either.

U have car Rammed him and this also Violation, and basically in rules is not said that IF it's ur FREND / Brother / etc u can CDM or car Ram him.

Taking in consideration that half of time of jail u have served for this time we will unjail you.

We were notified about you guys and multiple admins were watching so I wasn't "hovering" around you and when I started watching you guys you kept ramming that guy multiple times over and over and you were punished for car-ramming and you rammed him more than twice making his health reach 14 and if you already know about the rule then you already did know the consequences if you were caught and it doesn't matter if he's your friend or not it's still a rule and I'm sure you wouldn't be ramming your friend in real life as a joke would you? and in-game on the reports you replied that you understood that you were breaking the rules
