Rejected These guys stopped me and tried to kill me for no reasson?

So i was working as a DOC Trainee and i was upgrading my car and these guys came out of no where and tried to kill me for no reasson and then i killed them one left the game other one escaped when medic got him up and i was just trying to upgrade my car
