The guy who was getting Robbed was not following our orders and suddenly 2 people came and they started shooting without any reason and they were not together (The guy who was getting robbed and the other guys who were shooting because I brought the the who was getting robbed from the highway and he was telling me to take him "wherever I want" and also those guys who were shooting were addressing him as a stranger.)

• ID 9538 and 8381 will receive a punishment for breaking general rules 6.19
• 6.19 When outside the city you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.
