Its bugged out but its unedited and fits all the requirements. The audio is perfectly clear and the 15second POV shows an alternate view of the same situation. You dont ever hear them giving any demands and they start shooting for no reason in the city once a red circle event ends. There is not supposed to be ANY sort of DM before and after a red circle event and playboys did so.
