This civ came to SAHP wanting to know how to join. My Sergeant advised him that he needed to fix his "voice box" before an interview. He apparently did not like this and went crazy in his car.

VDM in GZ: At the start
Fear RP: Multiple officers tried to taze and had weapons on him and fired and he did not stop.
