We were fighting on the street and went the dude ID 4519 got downed he said to finish him which should classify as power gaming ( as its not humanlike act asking to be killed) and then the dude being reported ID 14014 got out of car finished his dude not to get robbed and then finished me and drove off. which violates rule General rule 6.17.

• ID 14014 will receive a punishment for Mercy Killing
• From the evidence provided and looking at the logs they are from the same family.
