6.19 When outside the city you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.

62 refused to comply or RP at all and he stalls because he is "waiting for god" but as soon as his backup arrives he starts shooting not "waiting for god"? Maybe he does not listen because 2 girls rob him? i am very uncomfortable with this behavior and it completely ruined the RP as well as the competition between our groups. I think they acts this way because I am a girl they are very rude and it makes me no longer want to play
