Rejected Demorgan + warning for something which was out of my hands

I was being provided medical attention but because i was killed in a rental the rental message was showing at the same time as the medical attention animation. i could not click any of the options nor could i type in the chat that there was a bug. I know that it looks like a justifiable punishment from their side but on my side i was unable to interact.
