I appealing the decision made by Arthur Mack regarding the following link:
I respectfully disagree with the decision of Arthur Mack.
The linked evidence demonstrated clear violation of the server rules. Also, the thread itself contains violations of the rules.
Rule 6.10 It is prohibited to move IC situations to OOC (e.g Insulting someone in Discord Chat relating to an IC situation). Any instances of this will be punished in Discord as well as In-Game Bans. | Ban 1-7 days.
One of the players clearly insulted my by typing "pussy" in the forum. This is a movement of the situation from IC to OOC.
Rule 6.12 Harassing EMS employee during duty or showing inappropriate behaviour in relation to EMS employees is restricted (Exception - EMS employee was disrespectful) | Ban up to 7 days
The EMS employees were clearly harassed and they were forced to leave the area. This is a clear violation of this rule
Rule 6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN
I was clearly not engaged in the RP. I was called to heal an unconscious person. I also live next door. I was killed because I "looked" at the person. You can clearly say that in the video. I did not even say a word. My friends did punch back, but I am here to talk about the issues related to me not my friends.
