I have purposely left the OOC chat in the video, we were just casually driving out of the city heading towards the Farm and had a crash with another citizen of the city, ID: 86927. Upon having the crash he immediately got aggressive and got out of his vehicle and started shooting at us. Following on from that we reversed back to the scene of the incident once he put his weapon away and he spouted racial abuse at us.

None of our OOC chats were of any of the following METAGAMING, POWERGAMING etc.

Also realised another thread and complaint is aimed at the same User ID.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report​

• ID 86927 will receive a punishment for general rule 6.15, general rule 3.1​
• ID 62016, 66963 will receive a punishment for using VoIP software while playing as IC.​
