I am posting for a friend of mine. They came out of their HQ and started going after the red gang member (in the black and red car) and clearly told him to pull over. He did not, he continued to go and they followed. Eventually, they ended up following him to his HQ. As 1.8 ghetto rules states, "If a gang member gets chased by cops/gangs, he cannot get back to his HQ for 5 minutes". This was clearly a violation of that rule. Thank you.
