There was a shoot out at the gun store robbery.
At the moment when shootout started the barricades in front of gun store were placed.[Part 1]
I went to the other part and one of the barricades were already gone, apart from that one barricade just vanished in front of me when I was taking cover.
Also the numbers were constantly the same during the barricade was removed so no ones game crashed.
How can the LEO's remove the barricade while being on the other end of the road and during a Gunfight.

Part 1 0:56 You can see barricades in front are placed and Leos are leaving to go other side , and the shooting has started.

I am Senior Captain Leon Baker from SAHP and I am providing you with the POV from our perspective

At 0:17 You can hear that an order was given to remove barricades from a lower-ranking officer Igor, however, this was IMMEDIATELY corrected by Fredrick (Undersheriff). I don't believe any of the barricades removed were from SAHP. That is not something we do or stand for; We specifically teach this to our trainees.

SAHP barricades were the ones placed on the north side, LSPD & FIB on the south (where Ganesh was standing in his pov).

We are working on the POVs to show the placing of barricades but I believe this is an important POV to show that the order was given specifically from SAHP HC to not remove barricades.

This is all I have as of now, will keep looking into it. I will say that almost always FIB doesn't place those barricades.

I did placed my barricade in the right of the one that you got cover after the barricade from the left disappeared. But in your POV it's not even there because it was removed before. And my barricade was in front of the store, not in the left. You can see the markings on the road that indicate the same locations.

I took a better look at the POV and I caught the moment when SAHP did placed that barricade
