I received a warning for not having enough people in the org after we removed multiple inactive people.
We ran a global job fair which has counted for every single prior government as a global as it involves every legal organization in the state and was a 2-hour long event during the times all orgs were struggling to get staffing. This type of event has counted for all other prior governors. It did not count for me, the only reason I was given as to why this didn't count was because no org recruited enough people.
We ran another global community picnic where we handed out food, cold pills, and talked with people on the capitol lawn, which we were told didn't count for no reason given as to why.
We held recruitment drives and struggled to try to get staff at the times we were told we needed staff.
I attempted to express the difficulties we were having in the organization to get more staff but was told it was something i had to deal with.
Received another warning and a verbal on the same day.
We immediately held a BMX stunt event the very next day to assist with one of those strikes or verbals, this was a week after the first one was given. There were around 38-42 people in attendance to this global where 750k in prizes were handed out. We were told that this also did not count as a global because not enough people showed up?
Checking with other organizations they received global events that counted for them for less than 10 people showing up.
The instructions I received from James Pluxory and Avi Taylor were that we did not have enough DOC officers and that is what I needed to address. I did so. For three days I focused on recruiting and training of DOC officers Personally. yesterday i was in the city for nearly 22 hours running interviews and training for the DOC.
In 48 hours I increased the numbers of the organization from 88 to 122.
This morning I attempt to log in to find that the government was disbanded and i have been banned from the server and the reason given was not enough lawyers having the third strike. The quoted rule was 2.12 The government should have at least two lawyers on staff who will be qualified and will be able, if necessary, to represent someone's interests.
The wording of that Rule does not indicate we have to have 2 lawyers at all times. It only says two on staff. We had four on staff. At no time have I ever been told by my Curator or James that this rule was changed nor was intended to mean 2 lawyers 24/7.
I have never once been told anything from my curator or James Pluxory about lawyers being an issue. We have consistently had more lawyers than the prior two administrations with 4 more in training to become lawyers. This has never been mentioned by my curator or James about needing to be increased or changed.

Not only do I feel that this is unfair to myself, but it is unfair to the 122 people that were in the government working to improve the city and are a good solid group of people.
