1. So firstly when I came in the city newly I joined legal organisation than after legal organisations I joined gang and I have experience a lot as a gang member and I have learnt many things from the gangs the rules and the regulations and their responsibility of a gang member .

2. So I want to be leader of Marabunta because it is not just a gang for me it is a family for me and I respect blue colour and it's name and I want to make fear of this name in the city and make sure that it's powerful than others gangs.

3.The gang can be powerful when the member of gang are united and active. I want to organize my people keep everyone loyal to the gang. So that we can control the streets , turfs then I can prove that we are strong enough to everyone .

1. I will see that my members will not do any rule break and I make sure that everyone respect the city rules and gang rules so that we don't break the role play and keep the RP professional.

2. I will keep my gang more active than other gangs by planning the events gun store, store , gang raid , FZ raid and etc . The more activity we do that much role play level we can increase .

3. I believe that we should have a zero toxicity level between the gang members and if some how there is misunderstanding between the gang members so as a leader I should solve it and keep a healthy environment and good relationship between other gangs also so that we can take help with them when we needed or we can help them when they need .

Consistent Storylines: Plan regular events such as smuggling operations, turf wars, and alliances/rivalries to keep RP fresh and exciting.

High RP Standards: Enforce discipline—no random shootings, fail RP, or toxic behavior. Use in-character punishments to maintain realism.

Mentorship Culture: Senior members should actively guide newcomers, teaching them how Marabunta operates and ensuring RP quality stays at a high levels .

My advice for improving roleplay is to teach new players the rules and to do more events such as being in ghetto 1 gun store and many 24/7 store robbery each day clands bs fz and doing these such events with great RP always I also think to better the role play is to do store robbery’s or hostage situations in different locations instead of ghetto all the time for better RP.

2.1 - Having a long criminal experience made me think it is time for me to take the gang's lead and become the right example for each member.

2.2 - I have experience of being High Command multiple times in a gang and I think I can get Marabunta Grande on top in the ghetto and city

2.3 - I will make sure Marabunta Grande finishes there term, and I will make sure that Marabunta Grande is able to do at least 5+ events a day and make at least 5+ million just from hostage situations so we can show the cops who we are, and show them why Marabunta Grande rules the city. We will be aiming for record hitting numbers of events, at least around 40+ a week, and we will also be getting our 100% turf rates while we do that.

1. Los Santos Vagaos will be doing 1 Gunstore, and 2 24/7 Store Robbery minimum every day.

2. We will be attending every single Clands everyday.

3. We will be doing FZ every day, at least 1-2 times.

4. Members will receive big bonuses for attending events, aswell as bonuses for achieving rank ups

5. Toxicity leads to a non fun RP experience. So we will try avoid it if possible

6. Everyone has to grind for their ranks the way everyone else has to.

7. I will bring activity to every event I can, and will be hitting numbers such as 50+ ppl in the city at a time

8. I will bring unique RP to every event I can do so. So it doesn’t get stale

9. I will make sure we turf on every turf day, and that all formats are correct

10. I will try being a different variety of events to the gang each day
