-1 I have past experience in FIB, LSPD, NG, and USSS (GOV) (being deputy or leader in all of them).
-2 Currently i also own my own company IRL so i have amazing work ethic and managerial skills!
-3 I have also been a high command of several gang organizations, so I know both sides of the rules in the server in legal and illegal organizations.
-4 I was a field training officer for over a year in LSPD on server #1 so i take great pride and put effort into training people and making sure everyone knows the rules and regulations to keep everything fair and proper for how everything should be done.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1- The whole point of RP is to portray a whole different persona outside of real life. So i would emphasize no IRL talk during hours in uniform.
2- Implementation of training strategies to make it closer to IRL training and demonstration of real life protective services. I have done extensive training and research in real life so I believe that would help tremendously.
3- Implementing a rule of no identification when someone has a mask on, if someone has a mask on in real life you will not be able to tell who it is. So why should you be able to in the server when its suppose to mimic real life!
4- When in pursuit of suspects or high profile suspects (in vehicle) using realistic maneuvers such as pits, and other tactics affectively and in the right situations.
5- Having sanctioned and permitted capturing (and interrogation if needed) of high profile individuals for certain cases and scenarios.
6- In RP situations i want to make it as fair and realistic as possible, I would enforce no meta gaming, no fear RP, and emphasize the rules of the server so everyone can enjoy it!

A. Started from the ground up with the rest of the people in LSPD, rose to a supervisor, made it to Chief of Staff in FIB, becoming the District Attorney for them as well. Having now gone through 2 FIB terms as a lawyer, experiencing the court system, I have an understanding of law, I have people who are knowledgeable, people who know this city well, but most importantly, people who will hold each other accountable for their actions. Sometimes, we just need those people who will keep us on the straight and narrow.

B. I consider myself to be a decent Lawyer and Law Enforcement Officer, always with room to improve and more things to learn, but I pride myself on my administration skills. Paperwork, spreadsheets, Duty Logs, and documents, I can do it all. There will be neither cent nor bullet misplaced, no Agent will ever not know what to do, how to do it, or where to find it, regardless of what "it" may be, either rules, events, procedures, or anything else, while it is under my care. Its time to put these skills to use.

C. Being on the night shift most times, it annoys me how much gangs can get away with, as well as how boring it can be. I want to try and improve that part of the organization, perhaps a change in how Night Shift officers operate, what they can/can't do at certain times (city rules notwithstanding), and perhaps extra incentives for being in the city at that time.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. NO NEPOTISM, NO FAVOURITISM

An issue that I've noticed, is that nepotism hires cause a ton of friction between them and everyone else. I intend to make sure that regardless of who you are or where you came from, you're going to go through the process like everyone else. I am not a ringleader, and I don't need clowns, we aren't running a circus. And if you believe that this inconveniences yourself because you think its beneath you, or you know better, or what of it, then you aren't the right person for what I need to make this org better. I still hold this same sentiment, and I always will. I want skill, and quality, out of what may end up being my organization.

2. MANDATORY MARKSMANSHIP CLASSES

That's right! You read that correctly. Too often, I see scores of LEOs get taken down by gang members and random hooligans alike. It is time for a change, time for a new start. I want to include a training schedule with marksmanship involved, so that way we can see some wins instead of losses during events and even just out and about on the streets.

This could lead to some good RP, and might finally give EMS a reason to go somewhere that isn't PH or SH, trainings held inside secure facilities or even at known event locations

3. BETTER ADMINISTRATION

Going along with my previous shameless boasting, and having experienced the FIB for a couple terms now, I can definitely see some room for improvement regarding documentation. I'm always for "if it ain't broke, don't fix it", but here's a quote that I like:

“Change is inevitable. Growth is optional.” — John C. Maxwell

I get it, people don't like to be pushed and prodded, to be told to do more work, but I think its high time we changed that. The point of this improvement, is not to build a house of cards, something to be blown down by the end of my term and forgotten, but to build a garden, a new administration, something that will outlive me, even if I'm not there to help. We don't need 10 Assistant Directors or Chiefs of staff or what have you that are simply going to goof around or be a ghost just holding rank until the term is over, doing the bare minimum. I need those that want to commit to making something that will outlast them.

4. BETTER ORG COORDINATION WITH OTHERS

Honestly, I know the point of the organizations is to naturally have their own little "bubble" of things to do, to keep from stepping on each other's toes. But sometimes that leads to situations where each side gets stonewalled within their own little space, meaning there can be little to do except perhaps hang around doing nothing.

I want to improve that however possible, with some ideas.

Marksmanship training. Part of the aforementioned marksmanship training, we could involve other LEO organizations to participate if they wish, EMS could have something extra to do by remaining on standby during any injuries sustained during training exercises, or joint training between the LEO organizations, get themselves some new skills (and of course, bragging rights. Who doesn't love those?)

Joint Ops. More cooperation during investigations outside of regular scripted events is another. With FIBs freedom compared to other Orgs, I want people to take advantage of the wanted list, go hunting alongside our fellow LEOs. Although we might be a "Federal" organization, I would like to try and have more inclusion of the other orgs.

Typically, the Feds are accompanied by individual officers from the particular jurisdiction, not as subordinates, but as equal partners, with their collective knowledge and resources pooled together for mutual benefit.

5. FIB ACADEMY // CODENAME: QUANTICO (Get it? Its funny. If you don't, look up Quantico, Virginia.)

As mentioned in the previous point, we are supposed to be Federal Agents, it doesn't look good if we make mistakes. Naturally, everyone is human, and to be blunt, sh*t happens. But I aim to mitigate that happening however possible.

With Quantico, its the place where ALL members of FIB come to hone their skills, or build new ones. Department trainings, Video Guides and Documents, a centralized place to store the information.

Here, we will teach Law, Procedure, Undercover work, Marksmanship, anything under the sun that will help improve the people in this organization. "Jack of all trades, master of none. But better then master of one." No one denies that mastering one thing is amazing, but I need adaptable members, people who can shift as needed, most importantly those who find themselves in positions with higher authority need to be able to at least help with the basic understanding of different aspects within the FIB.

Admission to Quantico is MANDATORY for those who intend to pursue High Command positions, and those who are the cream of the crop can find themselves positions as Instructors in what I hope will become the FIBs, and perhaps even all LEO Orgs, most prestigious training academy located here in EN#2.

6. THE DEPARTMENTS


The departments will be changed as follows:

DEA / Spec ops merge into one, and get their name changed. I'm sorry, but the DEA is literally its own 3 letter organization in the real world, having an entire department dedicated to (quite literally) ONLY busting drugs, while other departments already do the same thing makes 0 sense, and is a waste of potential for the Agents within it. And spec ops....is not a department, its a thing, a type of mission, hence why its short form for "Special Operations". If all you know or want to do is bust cannabis, then I'm sure the LSPD or SAHP will be glad to have you, but the FIB has bigger fish to fry. On that note, the two of these will merge together to create....

The Joint Terrorism Task Force. The best of both worlds, taking care of drug busts and participating in Special Operations at the same time, all while providing valuable skills to the officers within.

Human Resources. I want to expand on this department. Too often, if hiring gets closed the HR department is left in the dust to sit there and twiddle their thumbs until they need to hire/fire someone else. I want HR to be the backbone to Quantico, being responsible for maintaining the documents and such, as well as being the department for all future Quantico instructors. Training outside of Quantico will also be handled by the non-instructor HR staff.

Internal Affairs. Apart from some extra documentation, and clearly stating the roles and rights the IA department has, this is pretty self explanatory and won't be needing many changes.

Undercover. One of the most crucial departments there is. Responsible for collecting evidence, and making sure the gangs of the city sleep with one eye open, I want more responsibility for this department, I want them to REALLY act like undercover agents, go on stake-outs, hunt wanted criminals, and especially make undercover busts. Too often people get away with simply hawking illegal items or weapons on the club chat with little to no risk to themselves, I intend to change that, and using the UC department, strike fear into those who think that crime can pay so easily.

00 Agents. Department who's agents will be answerable only to their handler, the deputies and the Director, their work is classified, and if you want to find out what they do....then come find out :)

8. EVERYTHING ELSE...

After some time, I think the experience I've gained so far will help me immensely, alongside the right guidance, the right folks to help me crew the ship so to speak, I can make sure the FIB is and stays a well oiled, efficient machine. I've said it before, and will say it again, even if I don't get this now, I will be back each and every time, with more knowledge, hopefully a little wiser, and a stronger feeling of wanting to bring some fresh changes to this place, both internally and externally.

- I've always determined my valuable time and energy towards this project and plying it now for 2 years on multiple servers, I have earned a leadership position 5x through my journey and have encountered very good and successful terms also in this city running SAHP with only 1 verbal and amazing activity despite many issues tackling it smoothly and with all these experiences I always found my list missing for FIB and the org I had been spending my time and getting to know it better and I believe it needs a good and responsibel leader who can actually handle and manage the org properly and do what it was meant for and for that reason with all my exp and my team I look after seeing FIB in a good state and for that I believe myself taking the role and handling it with my team and with my good leadership skills which I proved I can make out a good term and make FIB great and renowned within the state.



- I do have numerous sets of planned goals which i look after to achieving during my term and make out many things like completing raid season within my first 30 days and achieving a good number of professional agents and active who would be well known with rules and well behaved and I've proven my qualities of people during my last term of SAHP making a term without any rule break from my officers and will look forward to do same here making and giving FIB a new identity and form with a team of dedicated and professional agents who will deliberately make FIB a better place making sure there is nothing like conflict or things which will disturb our roleplay and experience within the state orgs and to successfully execute my plans and make FIB as it should be along with a better place where my agents could serve deliberately without harming anything I look forward being the leader of FIB.

- Good relationship between all state orgs, I believe having a good relationship and connection within all state orgs working together for the state holding law and order and making sure there is no conflict if there is we as leaders solve it other than taking it personally and such things sill deliberately enrich Rp level in the organization



- A good system and the relationship between the org and its members, having a good relationship and understanding among all of our employees will make our work easier and better cutting out all misunderstandings and conflicts issues making the quality of RP way better, we will also focus on having a good internal system within the org to maintain law and regulations making sure all of our agent is being treated fairly and properly and making sure no one is breaking laws and being corrupt



- Good communication and good radio communication and radio calls, this is one of the essential things required for good RP within the org and having good and effective communication will clear our thinking and planning strategies very effectively and work and will make the RP situation more appealing and enjoyable for all agents increasing rp levels bya lot.



- Good and active department, having a good and active department os crucial and is needed to make FIB productive and sustainable working in all sectors properly maintaining the RP level and creating more work for agents which can be distributed and will make things more appealing snd easier to run. I see myself as a suitable candidate for the Federal Investigation Bureau because I have significant experience in RP as well as in government organizations in high-ranking positions (EMS, GOV, LSPD and SAHP). For me, the FIB represents a major challenge that I would gladly accept. I learned a lot from the best. In all state org , I’ve gone through all situations (Events) multiple times, and I know the path to success from the first to the last step. My goal is to minimize the crime rate, ensuring everyone is held accountable and punished for their crimes, while also building a good reputation for the organization, as reputation is crucial for RP in the city. I have an experienced team of people with me who would lead the organization to success. I know what I’m doing, am a good listener, think rationally, and stay calm in stressful situations. I am well-versed in the rules of the city and the organization, and I believe I deserve a chance. My organization will provide quality RP, and everyone within it will have a good time.

3. Your suggestions for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
For better RP within the organization, I would implement raids. I would establish teams specifically focused. The hierarchy would be respected, and it would be clear who leads the action at any given moment.
I would not tolerate any form of toxicity, disrespect, or rudeness from employees—whether directed toward colleagues within the organization, colleagues from other organizations, or the city’s citizens. FIB employees must always maintain professionalism.


Close communication with other organizations would be a priority, as small mistakes often lead to strained relationships between organizations. Building strong bonds with other government organizations is important to achieve greater success in joint actions. I would also frequently organize joint patrols with SAHP and NG along highways. Since these two essential organizations are often isolated from the city, they occasionally find themselves in challenging situations without support; I would change this and provide full support.

To improve RP, we would use LSPD facilities (cells) for interrogating suspects with their permission. I would hold recruitment events once a week, providing an opportunity for citizens familiar with city rules, but who have not been in the FIB, to try out. New recruits would receive adequate training and start with simpler tasks.
I would involve LifeInvader to report to citizens on our activities. Additionally, I would require EMS to be present at all hostage situations to provide immediate treatment for any potential injuries.

2.1 I’ve spent a lot of time in law enforcement organizations within the city, and holding high-command roles in FIB, LSPD, and SAHP. I know that leadership of FIB is a huge responsibility but still i want to become the leader of FIB because i know i can handle the leadership of FIB .
2.2 I have a team of amazing and experienced people that would assist me to lead FIB and we would be able to lead the organization into the correct direction and make it a powerful organization.
2.3 I want to become a leader because from the previous terms what I saw is that the organization was not much professional in terms of rp I will try my best to enhance the rp and activity as a leader of an organization like FIB.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 Improving the Internal Affairs department:
In my experience, i have observed that whenever the Internal Affairs department is even slightly inactive then the Roleplay level starts declining until the IA department becomes active and strict again because it is the department which is responsible for taking disciplinary actions on the organization members. That's why i will try to improve the IA department, So that it never becomes inactive or weak.
3.2 Standard of FIB training:
I have observed that because of some minor carelessness of the trainer or interviewer the employee who has newly joined FIB at the beginner rank starts making mistakes which causes them to suffer from disciplinary action against them. So, i will try to increase the standard of training and interviews of FIB employees, so that they get the best training from FIB which will help them not only in FIB but wherever they go.
3.3 I will make sure to train my Agents for basic rules and laws and twice a week i will go with them for shooting practice so that the atmosphere will be good and my bond with other Agents will be strong.
3.4 Relationship with other orgs
Since we are responsible for protecting the city from crime it is important to maintain a good and healthy relationship between other legal orgs as well so that we will try to remove crimes within the city.

I) I served FIB as Supervisor ( UC+Spec Ops+ HR+HC) , I have legal Experience as every LEOs and other legal orgs... So I thought I had enough Experience and game level
II) I started playing 2.5 years ago so I had knowledge of IC rules, state, event, ghetto and general rules. So I can improve that RP level of state and I will improve FIBs employees RP knowledge.. I wanna make difference from now on until our term end.
III) I wanna do something different as Leader If you select me to interview and I will show my difference... I played every legal and illegal organizations and I did everything in Server... So I wanna do something better.

3: Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- We 'll go Submarines Event, Bank Robbery event, Fort Zancudo's Raid event and other etc. Event
- We will make conference for knowledge of RP state and how to arrest 10-15 for beginners.
-We will make sure that there will no accepted application who is toxic so I know every person in state but not in personal , so that I could say I can remember who typed in Club Chat.. Every member in state I can easily realize and know them with my age experience and I lived 10 different cities (OOC) So that means I met too many people... That makes me that easily realize personality.

- If given the opportunity to lead, my primary goal would be to enhance realism and roleplay within the FIB. I'd also prioritize fostering positive relationships with the server administration and other leaders of state organizations. At the same time, I'd ensure the FIB strictly follows all rules and regulations to prevent any possible issues or conflicts.

- To accomplish these goals, I propose a thorough revamp of the FIB, dividing it into specialized departments with clear individual responsibilities for each member. This reorganization aims to streamline task execution aligned with the organization's goals. Additionally, significant focus will be placed on training both new recruits and experienced members, ensuring everyone has the necessary skills to excel in their assigned roles.

- My utmost focus is on fostering a supportive and vibrant atmosphere within the FIB, cultivating rich roleplay experiences for all community members. I strongly believe that this approach will ripple through the city, raising the overall standard of roleplay in diverse areas.

- One of my main motivations for taking on the leadership of FIB is to implement effective organizational and managerial methods. I've observed certain factions within FIB facing operational challenges, sometimes due to what seems like a lack of members. However, I strongly believe that having a smaller team should not serve as a reason for not taking action.

- I firmly believe that the FIB holds significant potential to benefit the community, irrespective of its size. By actively participating in events and providing assistance to other organizations, the FIB can make a positive impact. 3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.

As the head of the FIB, one of my main goals is to nurture top-tier roleplay within the organization. My strategy involves prioritizing thorough training for all members, ensuring they master suitable roleplaying methods for various scenarios. This proactive approach aims to prevent incidents where FIB agents mistakenly engage in gunfire during hostage situations or improperly attempt to negotiate with gang members during events by holding them hostage.

- In my role as the FIB leader, I am committed to fostering community growth by providing employment prospects for both newcomers and seasoned players. To maintain our rigorous standards, I will implement clear criteria for the selection process. Upon recruitment, FIB Agents will undergo thorough training to equip them for their responsibilities.

- Maintaining a high standard of professionalism stands as a core necessity for all FIB Agents. Any departure from this benchmark will face severe consequences. Through unwavering commitment to these high standards and comprehensive training, our aim is to cultivate a culture of excellence within the FIB. - Personal Experience: Firstly, I had experience in LSPD as Patrolling officer, in GOV I was an USSS Special Elite, Treasury officer afterwards I went to LifeInvader and rose up to DHoD of HR, DHoD of Journalism and HoD of Creative. I've served FIB for a while now and I have gained the decent experience, learned many things from the higher-ups and tried my best to make a unity with everyone. I tried my best to learn about every department and also work for them and ranked up among them as Head of Department, Chief of Staff and lastly as Assistant Director and I hope this background can help me to grow a team of great people within the organization.

- Dedicated learner and mentor: Secondly, I do believe I am a quick learner who likes to go through the challenges inside the organization and I always to adapt rapidly. I learned about how the departments work, how you get evidences, negotiate in the situations etc. and I truely enjoy doing all of it. I also try to share my learnings to other individuals to help them out understanding the organization works and department works as I've been in charge of HR department so they can also have better understanding.

- Vision as a leader: Lastly, I want to see my organization on top of any other performing at it's best, providing proper training, making a friendly and free environment, strength our impact of work and keeping the bond of our community strong. I will also try my best to observer all the individuals and assign them to their deserving position so they can also learn and help out others. Also, I do want to mention is that there is lack of nightshift agents so I will try to cover that side as well so we can have a decent amount of participation on that time too and confirm positive impacts from our side.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- Improved management and administration:
It is natural that everybody wants to see themselves on top right? As I saw some individuals who are on the wrong place and have some lackings in their work. I won't say someone in particular is bad, everyone has their good sides! One can do something in particular better than the other one. I'd try to make sure to assign the correct individuals for each department and proper ranks to keep the roles and the workplace balanced.

- Improved training for the agents: Some just don't know how to put or remove barricades or state side of people get taken down by the gang sides sometimes. So, why not we try together to build a team coordination and outsmart our enemies? I will try to make sure everyone gets better understanding of their own abilites, their functionalities inside the organization.

- Improvements in deparments: I don't complain but there are some department works that are common with one another. Instead of having same work of multiple deparments why don't we either merge or split to make it more effective. I did observe it myself while being inside the organization also heard ideas from others and I do think it is a thing that can improve the RolePlay level in the organization.

- About nepotism and favouritism: Again, I must say, everyone wants to have fun as a high command or get better ranks in the organization or just enter without knowing much about the role (As I noticed some just don't know the full process of a 10-15 or reads the miranda rights wrong). I will try my best to prevent this, maintain proper interviews and tests for applicants and deserving one's will get their position eventually.


- Prioritizing others ideas and visions: No one is perfect and there is always someone better than each other. I alone myself can't decide everything in a perfect way. I will take suggestions from other individuals to make it work out for everyone such as the activities, ranking system etc. This should also help to improve the RolePlay level in the organization as everyone will have chance to share their side of thoughts as well however and whenever they like to put it in action.

These are all my side of visions for the organizations. As natural, I cannot promise myself to be the perfect leader, as there are other amazing individuals as well in the competition. Also my background might have less from the state side compared to others but I do want to try and take a shot since the opportunity is open.

- I aspire to lead FIB because I had a good experience in legal organisations and I have served as a 28th General of National Guard and completed the whole term with only one single warning apart from it I Had a good experience in LSPD, SAHP, GOV and FIB too. So, I’m confident that I can lead FIB with my vast experience and I will maintain a good and positive relationship with other organisation’s for tackling threats and criminal activities.

- I will implement good and positive environment within the Organisation and implement zero toxicity within the FIB and ensuring that all interactions with other legal organization are conducted with utmost respect and cooperation.

Additionally, I’ll set up a fair weekly promotion ceremony based only on performance, leaving no room for favoritism.

- To handle any kind of toxic behavior or rule-breaking by staff and to keep a positive work culture, I will put a strict disciplinary system in place. 2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
  • I have served in FIB as one of the top agents in the organization as a Assistant Director and I have worked closely with the Director and his Deputies in this past term and I got to learn directly from the top of the chain of command which gives me a very good understanding of how to lead the organization and what is necessary to stay on top.

  • I wish to become a leader and fix some standing issues have observed during my time in FIB. I will fix the fragile relations that have risen between Government and the National Guard and work on complete cooperation between the orgs with full transparency (Except for top secret operations and files, of course)

  • I will be improving the ranking structure and creating more freedom for agents to do their separate departmental work as more departments will be introduced and the workload would be spread out more giving player the ability to do their work but also enjoy the game and grind their own things. We don't want them to be married to their job.

  • As a leader I will be building the most elite team for this elite organization by recruiting people often giving everyone a proper training and attention with the executive team. No longer will players suffer because of mistreatment of high commands and lack of understanding due to uneducated high commands and agents.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
  • My first advice on improving the RolePlay would be to use the FIB to its full capacity as there is 2 big buildings and the only 3 rooms used are the resting room where you spawn in, the command center for makeup, the armory and the locker room. The FIB buildings have 2 interrogation rooms that are never used, lecture rooms, offices, the shooting range that can be utilized for some target practice with some barricades, meeting rooms, press room that can be utilized to record short videos to keep the public informed about the events taking place in the state.

  • Second advice is going to be the addition of a new department called Gang Intelligence Unit which will be solely focused on gathering and verifying evidence against criminal organizations in the state. This way we have alleviated the workload of the Undercover Department allowing them to shift their focus onto actual undercover work such as conducting busts from illegal trades advertised on club chat and on Grand RolePlay Marketplace discord.

  • And my last advice for RolePlay improvement would be implementing regular promotion ceremonies at the Amphitheater once a week instead of agents being promoted left and right. This is where the FIB Training Academy will be necessary as they alongside with Human resources will be going trough the logs and activities of agents and checking how eligible agents are for the promotion. Once the list is compiled it would go trough a review by myself and my deputies and if everything seems in order the agent is then promoted at the ceremony.

I see myself as a suitable candidate for the Federal Investigation Bureau because I have significant experience in RP as well as in government organizations in high-ranking positions (EMS, GOV, LSPD and SAHP). For me, the FIB represents a major challenge that I would gladly accept. I learned a lot from the best. In all state org , I’ve gone through all situations (Events) multiple times, and I know the path to success from the first to the last step. My goal is to minimize the crime rate, ensuring everyone is held accountable and punished for their crimes, while also building a good reputation for the organization, as reputation is crucial for RP in the city. I have an experienced team of people with me who would lead the organization to success. I know what I’m doing, am a good listener, think rationally, and stay calm in stressful situations. I am well-versed in the rules of the city and the organization, and I believe I deserve a chance. My organization will provide quality RP, and everyone within it will have a good time.

3. Your suggestions for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
For better RP within the organization, I would implement raids. I would establish teams specifically focused. The hierarchy would be respected, and it would be clear who leads the action at any given moment.
I would not tolerate any form of toxicity, disrespect, or rudeness from employees—whether directed toward colleagues within the organization, colleagues from other organizations, or the city’s citizens. FIB employees must always maintain professionalism.


Close communication with other organizations would be a priority, as small mistakes often lead to strained relationships between organizations. Building strong bonds with other government organizations is important to achieve greater success in joint actions. I would also frequently organize joint patrols with SAHP and NG along highways. Since these two essential organizations are often isolated from the city, they occasionally find themselves in challenging situations without support; I would change this and provide full support.

To improve RP, we would use LSPD facilities (cells) for interrogating suspects with their permission. I would hold recruitment events once a week, providing an opportunity for citizens familiar with city rules, but who have not been in the FIB, to try out. New recruits would receive adequate training and start with simpler tasks.
I would involve LifeInvader to report to citizens on our activities. Additionally, I would require EMS to be present at all hostage situations to provide immediate treatment for any potential injuries.

- Vision as a leader: Lastly, I want to see my organization on top of any other performing at it's best, providing proper training, making a friendly and free environment, strength our impact of work and keeping the bond of our community strong. I will also try my best to observer all the individuals and assign them to their deserving position so they can also learn and help out others. Also, I do want to mention is that there is lack of nightshift agents so I will try to cover that side as well so we can have a decent amount of participation on that time too and confirm positive impacts from our side.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- Improved management and administration:
It is natural that everybody wants to see themselves on top right? As I saw some individuals who are on the wrong place and have some lackings in their work. I won't say someone in particular is bad, everyone has their good sides! One can do something in particular better than the other one. I'd try to make sure to assign the correct individuals for each department and proper ranks to keep the roles and the workplace balanced.

- Improved training for the agents: Some just don't know how to put or remove barricades or state side of people get taken down by the gang sides sometimes. So, why not we try together to build a team coordination and outsmart our enemies? I will try to make sure everyone gets better understanding of their own abilites, their functionalities inside the organization.

- Improvements in deparments: I don't complain but there are some department works that are common with one another. Instead of having same work of multiple deparments why don't we either merge or split to make it more effective. I did observe it myself while being inside the organization also heard ideas from others and I do think it is a thing that can improve the RolePlay level in the organization.

- About nepotism and favouritism: Again, I must say, everyone wants to have fun as a high command or get better ranks in the organization or just enter without knowing much about the role (As I noticed some just don't know the full process of a 10-15 or reads the miranda rights wrong). I will try my best to prevent this, maintain proper interviews and tests for applicants and deserving one's will get their position eventually.


- Prioritizing others ideas and visions: No one is perfect and there is always someone better than each other. I alone myself can't decide everything in a perfect way. I will take suggestions from other individuals to make it work out for everyone such as the activities, ranking system etc. This should also help to improve the RolePlay level in the organization as everyone will have chance to share their side of thoughts as well however and whenever they like to put it in action.

These are all my side of visions for the organizations. As natural, I cannot promise myself to be the perfect leader, as there are other amazing individuals as well in the competition. Also my background might have less from the state side compared to others but I do want to try and take a shot since the opportunity is open.

- I aspire to lead FIB because I had a good experience in legal organisations and I have served as a 28th General of National Guard and completed the whole term with only one single warning apart from it I Had a good experience in LSPD, SAHP, GOV and FIB too. So, I’m confident that I can lead FIB with my vast experience and I will maintain a good and positive relationship with other organisation’s for tackling threats and criminal activities.

- I will implement good and positive environment within the Organisation and implement zero toxicity within the FIB and ensuring that all interactions with other legal organization are conducted with utmost respect and cooperation.

- As a leader l will trust and support other officers in all the possible way and I will conduct regular feedback session which help us to build strong bond with each other and where every officers will get a chance to give their opinions and give some ideas to make FIB the premier legal organization in the state.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organisation.

- I will try to give clear information about the city’s rules and regulations so people can avoid mistakes and stay out of trouble. I’ll also set up training programs for newcomers to help them understand how our organization works and how they can support the safety and pride of the city.

- I plan to offer incentives like joining bonuses and rewards for taking part in all events and special operations. I’ll also add extra bonuses for night shifts to keep agents motivated. Additionally, I’ll set up a fair weekly promotion ceremony based only on performance, leaving no room for favoritism.

- To handle any kind of toxic behavior or rule-breaking by staff and to keep a positive work culture, I will put a strict disciplinary system in place. Anyone who breaks the rules will face fair consequences. This zero-tolerance approach shows our commitment to high standards of professionalism and integrity.

i.I've seen the chaos and fights that can run rampant in this city.It’s clear to me that the city needs someone who can bring a fresh perspective and solid strategy to the FIB.I’ve got the experience, the connections which is
needed much to run this honourable organization.

ii.One of my top priorities will be to boost team morale and build a agressive unit which will help and lead in special operations.
With my leadership, I will try to make a supportive environment where agents feel valued and motivated

iii.I plan to implement new tactics and strategies that tackle crime more easily without any civilian casualities.
By focussing on new bonus system,highcommand and stict IA/HR team will help desserving agent to get medal/bonuses/promotions which will keep others motivated and will increase competition among the fellow agents.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
-> i. Improve communication and coordination among team members through regular training sessions and debriefs by our HR and fellow highcommands.

ii. I will strengthen the connections between different departments within the FIB and other law enforcement agencies,as well ass will try to organize meetings,special missions and operations with all other Law enforcement agencies.

iii. I will setup a Internal Affair team which will make sure there's no org weapon stealing going on and will also make sure that each agent is working properly and filling out logs time to time.

iv. I would be having these department:

Internal Affairs:Internal Affairs is a department of FIB which investigates misconduct of professionalism and corruption going on inside the organization.They check every agents logs ,licenses and evidence provided and punish those who did misconduct on duty.


Spec Op:Spec Op is team which gets unit ready for special ops and leads special op like Ghetto Patrol,Gang Raid,Blackmarket raid,catching wanted criminals and taking out hostages safe out of the situations.


Undercover:The work of this department is to try to get as much as evidence possible agents can and make casefile against gangs or criminals to issue arrest warrant.


Human Resource: Human Resource department's work is to hire new agents in FIB and conduct academy traaining to all new agents.


DEA drug Enforcement Administration's work is to enforce drug laws and stop drug trafficking and distribution between the civilians.


Public Relation: Public Relations can create and distribute promotional materials such as posters, flyers, and social media posts (in-character) that promote FIB activities, achievements and events as well as they can arrange interview of leader and deputy leader with LI.
