I'd ordered a cab, with his rate set at the highest fare allowed ($1,000 per km). I accepted it but had to order him to stop so I could set the map (unincluded, but cabbies jumping the gun to rack up a fat fare has happened to me more than twice), then began teasing the rate when the car was as trashed as it was. He said "no it's one hundred" (again, unincluded, but I'm talking about him lying at the start of the video.) Main reason I'm making this report however is his dangerous driving, nearly hitting a motorcycle in his way, then his choosingn to drive top speed into the oncoming highway lanes. I order him to stop multiple times, honestly feeling scared now as he would NOT stop. The only reason he did was my breaking character to inform him that everything was being recorded.
I cite the possible infringement of 1.3 on his charging the highest rates yet his service/state of the car is terrible, his rush to get the ride going and filling the fare price up and his refusal to stop when the fare asked him to, 3-4 times until he knew he was in trouble counts under this rule.
