I have seen many people get late reply in ticket and event sometimes they didn’t get because admin are because to help other or hosting event I happen in early morning and night time so I want to help other player to get reply fast in early morning and late night as admin assistant I can help other admin when they are busy I can reply the ticket and I have gain experience in legal org and many type of situations as well so now I want to new people new people to learn rules and help them in their problem

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP life?
   -I want to help maintain good RP within the server IC situations and even to an extent OOC situations.
   -Dish out punishments to city citizens breaking the high standard server rules.
   -I would like to help people new to the city with basic stuff to guide them through the city and help them with their new beginning in the wonderful city.
   -I want a break from the RP life and just be on the outside looking in and helping others.

   -I'm a good person and have good communication skills. I'm good at defusing arguments and helping people explain their points. I see all situations from 2 sides whether they are my friend are not. I let everyone speak and express what their outlook on the situation is if they're involved.

Ans - For me, one of the most gratifying parts of being an admin is the opportunity to help and assist players. Be it in the form of conflict resolution, onboarding new members, or event coordination, I welcome the opportunity of being important to the community.
