1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   Ans. I am playing on this server for more than a year and now I want to become an admin because I always want to climb up the ladder of success in my life and when I started playing on this server I play like a loose bull but after being punished several times I get to know that what is right and what is wrong. I know if not me, someone else will come and join admin team but I know one thing about me is that I love this game and when you love something then you can give your 100% to make that thing better at any cost. I know we have some issues in EN 2 and I want to help in fixing them instead of taking advantage of them.

   Ans. I am a calm person, I love the way in which a court works and that way is to take decision on the basis of proofs, I don't take any decision too quickly because I believe that haste is the devil's work and another skill I have is that I can make people believe in me almost everyone who ever had a talk with me thinks that I am a sensible person.

   Ans. I have stage fear, I can talk to anyone in person but not be able to say something in front of thousands and yes I am still trying to overcome it.

   ->I believe and had seen Admins are working hard to help people each and every time and trying to reach to every person. But somehow they couldn't reach to every player and suggest them to complaint in forum. But in many cases the player mayn't have a pov and the suspect use to fled away. That make a player irritated. So I would like to come to admin team to help people to solve their requests and give the punishment to the rule breaker and also as an ex admin I want also to help admins to maintain the rule in city

   ->I have strengths like multi language support, situation handling, a calm and good listener also thinks 10 times about both side parties before verdict

   -> Sometimes if I get irritated by some people I get little angry on them still gets calm sooner.

- I have been enjoying on the Grand RP Project for more than 4 years in EN1 and EN2. I have held the role of Deputy in numerous gangs and legal organizations on numerous occasions. In both gangs and legal organizations, I have always worked to help others by teaching them about the rules and helping them learn how to follow to correct RP protocols. But my duties as a Deputy or serving as a Leader in some situations have restricted the number of people I can assist. 1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP life?

I’ve been in Grand RP for a long time and understand the rules well. I want to join the admin team to help improve roleplay, support new players, and handle rule breakers fairly. I'm ready to leave RP life and fully commit to this role.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I've been a server member for some time, constantly playing and joining various organizations. Over time, I've gained high command ranks in nearly all state organizations, as well as leadership roles in various criminal organizations and gangs. These have given me proper insight into both sides of the city — legal and illegal — and how the community really works. Now, as an admin, I believe I can use this experience to make an even bigger difference. Although I still enjoy role-playing, I'm more than happy to take on the responsibility to help the server be ran smoothly, things be in order, and everyone have a good and enjoyable experience. I'm excited to be able to continue building my Grand RP experience from this new perspective as well.

• Can sometimes take on too much responsibility at once

4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Because of the leadership background I have and the social personality I have, I have a balanced set of skills that can benefit the admin team in numerous ways. I have held high command ranks in almost every state organization, and I have been a leader in various gangs, so I have gotten a holistic look at both sides of the server. I'm sure that I could lead others, mediate fair reason, and make sure players feel welcome and respected.
I'm also very well aware of the server rules and how to enforce them without spoiling the roleplay experience. My composure under pressure allows me to keep a level head during tough situations. Because of my consistent commitment and cooperation, I have a tendency to stand out and win people's confidence where ever I'm around. I believe these attributes make me a reliable and deserving member of the admin team.
