-I am in city from more than 1 year many things, many people including me rise and fall in this time and i m keep getting experience day by day and now i m thinking i have done everything as player in this city and now its time to go one step forward and become a admin to help the city as a state or crime admin.

-Sometime lack of motivation.

I have been playing Grand RP since 1.5 years and I experience almost everything in this server, I join Gangs and State organizations for experience and fun. I experience that and as well as acknowledge all the server rules. I think its correct time to Leave RP Life and help players with my knowledge by becoming an Admin.

• I can handle panic situations calmly.

Sometimes I took decisions quickly and becoming too friendly.

- I have gained much experience as Leo and as ganster, This experience teach me how fair rules. structure, and leadership are in keeping RP . I want to become an admin to help maintain that balance, ensure quality roleplay is going in city and with all experience i have gained. I will make sure to share my experience to new players in city as well.
