Rejected CAR STOLEN

my car was parked in the Green Zone which is at the hospital, and when I came out to take my vehicle, it was not present. later when I opened my profile is showed me Audi A8 is stolen. My question is that if I had insurance plus have park in Green Zone how can my car be stolen.
