Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.

• It was literally just you, had you had at least 1 more person with you I'd understand a bit of the fail RP.
• I'll explain - you didn't properly make sure you he emptied his pockets, that's made clear. By not doing this you granted him a window to escape by going into a 1V1 shootout with you as you opened his door. have this been in real life if you missed his gun he would have shot you in back of the head in the car.
