I am referring to the above complaint, I am id 68108.
As you can see at the very beginning of the video, i am not standing in HQ and neither is ID 41149
ID 41149 is not apart of the bloods. As you can see in the first second of the video ID 41149 attempts to kill me with a revolver, in the street
10 Bloods then surround him with at least 4 of us having guns on him. After he is hit by the car you can see me giving him demands not to move. He ignores my demands and starts running away. So this should be considered the start of a "Chase". We open fire on 41149 outside of HQ and he proceeds to run into our HQ.
So demands were issued and the roleplay of the situation completely warranted bloods shooting. Also why did 41149 not get issued a Nofear RP?

And this is proof that 15 hours prior to this that this player 41149 was outside bloods HQ with a no fear rp. With two violations in the same day in the same spot he is clearly attempting to bait bloods.
I believe my warn should be removed and my demorgan lifted as I committed no rule breaks in this situation.



I would also like to refer to the rule list as the rule i was quoted as breaking is "shooting in HQ" and im just wondering what rule number this is? These are the rules as i see them.
1.6 It is forbidden to push/kill gangmembers on their HQ. You are not allowed to enter on HQ of another gang without permission. | WARN
ID 41149 did not have permission to be in our HQ as he was just shooting bloods on the street
1.7 If you are standing on your HQ it is forbidden to start shooting from your own territory. | WARN
I was standing outside of HQ and the person ignoring our demands happened to run into our hq as we were already shooting
1.12 Gang members on their HQ can kill everybody in case if you do not agree with their demands.
1.14 If a person complies with given demands its not allowed to kill them | Warn
ID 41149 was not complying with my demands to stop running and put hands on head

U didn’t make not one demand stop fucking lying I went to my fam members HQ as he is literally the leader of the org and 90% of bloods are in that fam. Even after your higher up told u to stop shooting as u were the only one firing at me. All I see in your POV is you not listening to demands, speaking through VC while unconscious. You’re reporting the gang you were just in just because your a salty little boy, how down bad. Isn’t it obvious in that clip I wasn’t dead for a reason? BECAUSE ALL OF SG IS BLOODS. IT MAKES NO SENSE FOR THEM TO SHOOT ME! I AM BLOODS, BUT IM ON A WARNING. Ur too ignorant to care about that fact and look where it led you. Crying like a bitch in forums making essay long paragraphs to get a warning removed. So sad. Go touch grass kid.
