this player listed a house for sale under the phone number 3244432, i replyed to the ad, he then called me back on 1949127, i believe the name on the house was carti sinaloa , he showed me the house and that he owned the property, he then went ooc and told me that its against rules to do what he did and told me thats the way ownership for houses is passed. I also believe he was in a discord call with his friend that picked him up. As you’ll see he never game me anything, I passed 500k and he ran, I tried calling and he blocked me. it was 500k this isnt a little bit of money and besides actually trying to buy an house there is nowhere for me to learn how this is done properly, please help me with this. I just noticed the video didnt capture game sound, but you can clearly hear me reiterate to him what his telling me about server rules ooc.
