Luke's mother and father were shot dead when he was 6 years old by some people presumed to be the Italian Mafia that one of his family members owned money to. Due to these events Luke started to live with his uncle who was a lawyer at the time. Luke started to get involved with the law by studying it. Luke joined a boxing club when he was 16 where he met some local gangsters. Luke became close with the gangsters but never engaged in illegal activity. When Luke was 18 he was at a restaurant with one of his gangster friends was shot 42 times by 4 men with uzis. Local police presumed it was just a small gang related issue but after the FIB investigated they found out it was related to a big mafia family war. This is when Luke had his mind set on becoming a police officer. Luke got a job when he was 20 and became a full officer by the age of 23. Luke later went on to win multiple officer of the months and officer of the years.
Throughout the years Luke's gangster friends have been asking Luke for favors. Luke has been helping these gangsters out big time. One of the favors has been supplying them with weapons and ammo as Luke owns a gun store.
Outcomes:
-Luke needs 2 guns POINTED on him to show fear
-Luke can sell guns on the black market and to people, can be punished IC'ly
-Luke can chill in the ghetto with his gangster friends and kill people who needed to be killed in ghetto.
-Luke can risk his life for the organization
