Background:
Midg Noor was born in Auckland, the biggest city in New Zealand. He did not live in a good place during his young ages and his mother was a drug addict who left when he was 7 so it was a struggle for his dad to find the money to look after them both. When Midg was 13 his father was tragically killed in a Terroist attack which left 25 injured and 6 killed. Because of this when Midg was 18 he went and enrolled in the New Zealand Army to honour his father and fight in the War against the Taliban. During his fighting in Iraq he met a USA soldier who he bonded well with and they soon became good friends and this friend suggested after the war he should move to Los Santos and that he had a friend who was FIB director who was looking for a few people who would sacrifice anything to help the city of Los Santos. After the war Midg moved to Los Santos with his friend and they would join FIB together.
OUTCOMES:
Can take on people 2 to 1 in combat due to heavy experience in the Iraq War with taliban
Can do anything illegal/legal that benefits himself financially. (Would only do if there is a small chance of being caught)
Can do anything illegal/legal that benefits himself through laughter and enjoyment.
Can accept bribes and can keep the items he confiscates/finds
Has bought a high tech body cam so that it records 24/7 and constantly uploads his body cam footage to a cloud save
