Background:
Midg Noor was born in Auckland, the biggest city in New Zealand. He did not live in a good place during his young ages and his mother was a drug addict who left when he was 7 so it was a struggle for his dad to find the money to look after them both. When Midg was 13 his father was tragically killed in a Terroist attack which left 25 injured and 6 killed. Because of this when Midg was 18 he went and enrolled in the New Zealand Army to honour his father and fight in the War against the Taliban. During his time in war Midg was disgusted the way people would get treated who were trying to help their country by the government. He met a USA soldier who he bonded well with because this soldier also agreed with his opinion of the Government and they soon became good friends. This friend suggested after the war he should move to New York together as thats where his family lived and begin doing criminal activities to get back at how the Government treated him. Midg moved to New York with him and he introduced Midg into the criminal life by getting him to enter peoples houses and steal valuable items with him. Soon after Midg and his friend would make it their only goal to steal valuable items from cop cars to get back at the Government until one day Midg thought of an idea, they could move to Los Santos as it could make them have a lot more opportunities to make big money. His plan was that he had connections with the FIB in Los Santos and he knew he was able to join them. this was the next big step for him as he could hustle Illegal goods and pass them onto his friend to sell so they could harm the Governments resources.
OUTCOMES:
Can take on people 2 to 1 in combat due to heavy experience in the Iraq War with taliban
Can do anything illegal/legal that benefits himself financially. (Would only do if there is a small chance of being caught)
Can do anything illegal/legal that benefits himself through laughter and enjoyment.
Because of his past he Can accept bribes from gang members and can keep the items he confiscates/finds
Has bought a high tech body cam so that it records 24/7 and constantly uploads his body cam footage to a cloud save
Can torture as he tortured many people during his time in the Army
