Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.
This is the ghetto there is no reason needed to kill and also a car wash is not a GZ. You can see the listed Greenzones in the discord. Also this not mercy killing they are allowed to kill you if you aslong as it not being done to avoid a RP situation.
