Reviewed Wrongful Punishment for Mixing | Timothy Mclong

As Bloods, we received a verbal warning when a deputy mixed literally a sentence, during an arrest after leaving FZ. The reason behind the bloods member mixing, was due to the fact, that a friend received a demorgan because he had to non-rp drive as NG blocked the gate with 2 cars: EVENT RULE 1.9, so he was annoyed and said 1 sentence, and now we are getting a verbal when it was never told to anyone that breaking such a small rule causes a verbal as deputy. And he was annoyed as admins rather demorgan for non-rp driving than moving the car when its a obvious rule break. Here's a screenshot as proof:

In this thread, the deputy of Ballas, is failing rp, stalling and meta gaming, and inviting his gang members to come help him to not get robbed, meaning they are getting ooc information, so they will also meta game, and they do. For these rule breaks, done by a Ballas deputy, all was given out is a demorgan. However, for some reason, when a Bloods deputy breaks a smaller rule, due to a rule break caused by NG, we get a verbal warning, and NG receives no punishment to our knowledge.

I think this is unfair, and I would like this situation to be reviewed, as I believe the punishment we received is both too severe, and unfair compared to our counter parts, Ballas, and we just want to be treated equally.

Firstly I want to say that I gave Timothy permission to issue a verbal to your gang for this behaviour from a deputy. Secondly please do not leave out in the title that it was not just for mixing but for OCC insults encouraging someone to go use drugs in real life and other rude comments from a deputy of your gang. Lastly I want to say for the Ballas forum you have linked that is not a deputy or leader of there gang that is why they did not get a verbal/warning for that. That is all I wanted to say now I will leave this to curator of the project to decide the outcome.

The deputy never said anything OOC-ly, he literally has a bio which is approved, and in that bio it says that he is a gangster who hates cops. We've been called the R word in turfs, and have been told it is not an ooc insult, so how is an ic situation with a bio considered ooc? and timothy himself said that there were no ooc insults after we talked to him regarding the forum post which got us this punishment.

Actually, no matter if it's a deputy or not, person was high rank (rank 11) and he called for backup while being robbed where people reacted to it KNOWING that he's fully metagaming by typing ((im getting robbed)) in OOC chat. So they had the decision to ignore it, as it's metagaming, or react to it to save their high command. I got a longer POV showing that there were around 7-8 people rolling up to that location after he posted a meeting point, and as far as I know if there's 5+ people breaking rules, warning is issued, and these people knowingly went to the location even tho metagaming was involved. I'd also like to say that while I was a leader as well, we got in trouble for a random member dropping a meeting point while being robbed (not even a higher rank) where we were to receive a warning if we didn't fix the situation ICly.

Also to add up, there was a shootout at families HQ and warning was issued to only Bloods, when there were more than 3 members being involved by both organisations (shooting from GZ, shooting from HQ, shooting into HQ & running into HQ).

I'm not leaving out anything on purpose. The thread is public. There's a total of 3 Bloods shooting into HQ in that situation where we all stopped after the first kill and moved on as you can see, but at the same time, Ballas did rulebreak too, where the reportee ran into HQ, another ballas member shot from HQ, and another one shot from greenzone.

So 7+ people metagaming together isn't a gang rulebreak ? I'm just trying to figure out where's the equality between the rulebreaks in every gang.
If we get a gang warning for 4 people shooting into HQ (in the same situation where ballas shot from HQ, from GZ, and ran into HQ) and they don't get a warning for mass metagaming of a high command and all the members who KNEW it was metagaming and still reacted, of course I'm a victim here, it's either equality and we all get punished or nobody does, isn't that the entire point of equality

And Hov didn't miss some information or made errors. He's just not involved in that situation so I told him that I will post my opinion and insights all by myself as I was involved in both of the situations I'm talking to, instead of making another thread we decided to group them up all together, or should I make another complaint?
