My range rover got stolen from green zone near the beach market at 12 am GMT. i reported issue to police but server went down and kicked me out of game before i could gather proof only proof i have is an image of that car in my garage before

and now i am unable to recover it in my garage it wont display that cars name anymore. I don't have the id of the player who stole it from me before i arrived at the scene he/she left the place with my car.

go to penalty parking, pay a fine, get your car back, buy insurance, upload proof to a website with a link that doesn't look like Russian dark web, players nickname section is for your name, u don't have ID of who stole ur car, no use, when it asks for time put server time, POVs must me 1 minute and u have ss man.
