Rejected Mercy Killing Warning | Itachi God

Hello, the reason why I am writing this admin complaint is because of the incorrect punishment I received while approaching a meeting point sent by another Ballas member. I was traveling with another person who willingly stepped inside my car. I noticed Ballas were robbing somebody and suddenly started shooting the said person in my car. I was asking them why, as seen in the POV and I was told he had "shot" them, that is impossible due to me bringing him to his family house to get shotgun ammo if he were to be mentioning some previous time who knows when, I still do not find that reasonable. After killing them they say to leave him laying on the ground for no reason, I find him laying on the ground like that to be useless and therefore finish him. It is not mercy killing because the people that were there wanted to revive him and help him.

Soon after I get killed as well because I killed somebody who was unrightfully killed and I was not ok with that. Continuing a minute later I'm kicked from my organization then I'm picked up by a good ballas member who I liked and killed again by the same guy saying I mercy killed (Keep in mind that's mixing). And I am given a warning for that soon after. Mercy-killing - Is an act in which a player kills someone to not continue an RP situation, even though there was none and I RPly finished him off because I didn't want him laying on the floor. And as well I didn't mercy kill him so he doesn't get robbed.

Ofc we couldn't continue RP when you mercy killed him not even 10 seconds after he got killed.
