I am writing today to complain re one of your Admins "Tom_Kane".
Situation: I was serving my time in Jail and had 29 min left. As I tried to call a guard several times a neighbour cell mate proceeded to tell me to "STFU". I called out several more times and suddenly I was immediately silenced by the above admin. The Admin did not warn me or advise me that I was being loud, he simply silenced me and when I enquired further, I was advised by one of your other Admins "Dean" to simply serve my time.
I was highly annoyed that I was not warned or advised I was being loud and essentially, timed out for 120+mins.
How has this impacted you?
As I cannot speak for 120mins, I could not help the gang I was apart of with activities. Thus this prevented me from making money and highly impacted my experience in this server. I was thinking about donating, but how can I now? When a single false report may get you banned and the admins won't help you??
Desired result?
I wish for my complaint to be addressed and a formal apology to be given, along with compensation. This is not acceptable and I am really disappointed as an existing respected community member.
