As you can see in the video, 5351 attacks everyone for no reason. Patrol and Student cops are watching. And they are not stopping this aggressor. You can also see someone using the N-word somewhere in the video. The video is pure chaos. I think most people in this video should be punished. I don't understand where they get the self-confidence of acting so undisciplined. The real culprit is 5351, but I want the whole video to be watched and other criminals punished.
