cap- If there's no proof then my warning should be deleted.
I was involved and in the video posted with this APPROVED thread. You can ask Rooster lopez and MasterJackFruit as witnesses. here is the link with Rooster's appeal that got approved. And technically if the uploader deleted then video then the proof that should hold my warning no longer exists, right? So my warning should be lifted.
here is my Exact same argument as roosters we was there together:
I was warned for shooting in a green zone on thread 20386. I am a S.W.A.T member of LSPD and currently at the time we had a 10-10 situation happening. (Active shooting.) Before the video in the thread happened. We were only shooting because he came back after he left and he killed many of our officers. This means its a KOS(kill on sight) if we see the same guy. I think this ban was massively incorrect. I am a cop, I had an rp situation, and It was a KOS. Also in his video you can see the black truck was shooting at us. We were heavy mistaken by the cars. Also I had the proper substantiation upon opening fire due to kos and same guy. Dress code, black pants, black shirt, balaclava.

But I want to contest definite khan, he threw me in warning that was incredibly unjust b/c some gangster submitted a POV, everyone knows gangsters hate cops, we was at DOC chasing armed suspects following the SAME GUY:KOS rule (LSPD) I'm SWAT. I know the rules. Now why should ROOSTER LOPEZ get his appeal approved and I'm still her stuck waiting to join an org. Makes no sense I have proof, I have witnesses. It's unjust. I LOVE THIS GAME I wouldn't break the rules intentionally.

Its not MY fault video was deleted. But since it was, the designated admin no longer holds proof against me to have a valid argument as to why I am currently on warning. Which means I'm in warning with no proof or cause currently. Which is unjust.
