Sidenote, For the record, I was inspecting the white super-car to see if it was one of my family members stolen one, which was the reason I was driving on that high-way at the time. I thought the person dead on the ground was the theif and those two were the police that caught him.

The person they (you?) murdered and were ear-raping on the ground said in OOC "help me" which caused me to stay longer than I would if people were shooting at me, I also was staying to see if you would continue RP and atleast give me demands or if you two would continue to break rules. I was not hit until the very end shot in which I then left the scene.

You trying to bend the truth after blatently break rules is astonding.. Almost like there is some sort of bias toward Lucas as he is close with the admins? interesting.

Watch my video again, I was simply checking to see if the vehicle was my friends car that was stolen. As you were blasting ear-rape music to the victim that you must have murdered who is saying in OOC "help me".. which caused me to stay longer than I typically would, you then open fire with no demands. Literally no demands at all. I in no way intentionally hit you, you in my eyes were lagging near my vehicle. Also at 0:34 you see yourself stand still like you began to stop shooting, and the second officer stopped shooting as I was saying "shooting with no demands" then at 0:48 you clearly see again you are lagging or something as you are nowhere infront or behind my vehicle and yet you still fall over. 187 issues no demands and begins to start firing again, which is the first time I was actively hit with a bullet. In which I then flee the scene. thus being scared for my life.
